Pecan Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, located at 3838 E Southcross Blvd in San Antonio, TX, is a 124 bed skilled nursing home located in Southeast San Antonio. We specialize in short term rehabilitation for those recovering from a recent hospitalization as well as long term care services for those needing 24 hour nursing care. Being one of Southeast San Antonio’s newest Skilled Nursing Facilities, our community offers spacious living areas, state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment, beauty salon, and other upscale amenities to provide a home-like environment.

Our interdisciplinary team consisting of physicians, nurses, therapists, and others help to view each resident as their own unique story. We welcome family involvement to help design an individualized program to meet each resident’s needs.
